The HEART is the UNION within, that connects you to all worlds, all existences beyond space and time and is the connection to ALL that is ETERNAL and true Pure LOVE.
No heaven versus hell.
The only heaven and only experience of HELL is within ones own mind and heaven within the pure HEART.
Any idea of separation is void of heart and lives in a mind which experiences itself as separated. Any battle is within you.
FEAR versus choosing love. The heart itself dissolves all fear and mental ideas of separation consciousness.
The breath is the easy way to access the inner you and which will allow you to be more present, quiet your thoughts and enter your heart.
