Your Stress and Well-being assessment includes approximately 72 questions relating to where you have stress in your life. The assessment includes a 20 minute consult which will provide you with an overview of what areas in your life you are currently challenged by stress, identify where there are opportunities for you to build and strengthen your resilience as well as how to improve your response to stress. A good assessment should confirm what you already know about how your react or respond to the stressors in your life.
