E.R.S.I. Stress Resilience Program
Corporations, Unions, Associations
We provide a proactive approach to learning tools and techniques for better managing stressful situations, and recovering from a stress related event and or injury. Our custom online program addresses the domains of resilience that can be developed and strengthened in the Human Body. We focus on the four key areas: Physical, Emotional, Mental and Spiritual.
Coherence is an optimal state in which the heart, mind and emotions are aligned and in synch or balanced. From a Physiological perspective, when someone is in Coherence, the immune, hormonal and nervous systems function in a state of energetic coordination. Incoherent patterns inhibit brain function, and this is similar to driving a car with one foot on the accelerator and riding the brake with the other foot at the same time, creating wear and tear on the car. The same thing happens to our system/body.
The E.R.S.I. Stress Resilience Program (powered by ElevateMe Hub) was designed specifically for First Responders and has been further customized to meet the needs of organizations, unions, associations and all walks of life. This online 4 part series can be consumed in the comfort of your own home, when you want, where you want and how you want. It has the ability for individuals to ask confidential Questions, and the ability to purchase one on one mentorship sessions that will assist you in anchoring in your daily life.
This program is approximately 5 1/4 hours in length. |
The Power of Emotions
At times Emotional Stress can increase the heart rate more then physical exercise. Without any tools or training, often the Heart will remain elevated well after a stressful event, and sometimes it remains elevated for extended periods of time. This causes extensive and unnecessary wear and tear on the physical body as well as on our emotional state of being. When you learn and practice coherence building techniques, you can quickly reduce the compounding effects of day to day stress. If left unchecked it can lead to physical and health related challenges.
