Our Personal Mind Care Course for individuals is a very effective way to incorporate building resilience skills into your professional and personal life. You will develop and enhance your self awareness, self regulation skills and strengthen your emotional intelligence so that you can 'respond' with self control, dignity and grace instead of 'over- reacting' to situations that are outside of your control.
If we are frustrated, feeling impatient and are operating under stress or lack of sleep, we are depleting our energy and giving away our power. Everyone around us, including our peers and family members will pick up on those emotions as well, so developing emotional intelligence benefits everyone. It is also linked to improved health, boosts the immune system, improves the quality of all of our relationships, and helps us to create our lives on purpose.

In this program, we focus on the Mind which governs our Whole Being -
Our Body, Mind, Emotions and our unique Spirit. You will learn tools and techniques that will help you to maintain a positive vibration from moment to moment. You will also learn how to quiet the mind chatter, create an internal world of calm, a happy place that you can retreat to so that you change the way your body's physiology responds to stressful situations. You will learn coherence building techniques that you can use "in the moment" so that automatic stress reactions are a thing of the past, and you are no longer ruled by your emotions. Emotional Intelligence and Self Regulation skills are at the Heart of this training program. Program includes approximately 4 x 1 hour - 1.5 hour training sessions via zoom or phone call Includes 2 Stress and Wellbeing Assessment Surveys, the first at the commencement of the program, and the second at six week mark of training. This program requires 6 sessions. This booking confirms your first appointment and remaining appointments will be booked after the first. |
All participants will receive a comprehensive Guide Book which includes all of the content covered in the sessions, step-by-step techniques and exercises to assist you with Creating a Healthy Mindset.
