Paula completed her Business & Administration Marketing program from Georgian College as well as a BMsc in Metaphysical Sciences. For well over 20 years, Paula worked as a Sales Professional in the Communication / Collaboration Architecture industry in the Toronto area. In January 2018, Paula left the Corporate world to focus on her passion which is teaching others about self awareness, stress management, developing emotional intelligence and the expansion of consciousness. Paula brings a fresh unique perspective as she understands multi dimensional concepts and has a number of gifts often referred to as Clear Cognizance/Clear Knowing and Clear Sentience/Clear Feeling. Paula is partnered with an Ontario Provincial Police officer and has a unique perspective to share. She is dedicated to helping people grow and evolve by remembering their true divine nature as she knows that we are all here to help each other, to serve, to love and to live guided by the wisdom and truth of our open hearts.

Jacqueline Buckley, CD, BA, holds a bachelor’s degree in Justice Studies from Royal Roads University with a Certificate in Mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution and is only a few months from currently completing her MA in Counselling Psychology with Yorkville University. Jacqueline’s primary area of clinical interest is in the prevention of operational stress injuries (police, firefighters, military and other first responders), and couples and family mediation and counselling. Her method of practice relies on the use of the empirically supported treatment of cognitive and behavioural therapies.
As a 20 veteran of the Canadian Forces, Jacqueline understands firsthand how stress and burnout can affect those who serve in stressful operational roles. Jacqueline’s passion is in teaching others. As a Certified HeartMath™ Coach, Trainer and Stress and Wellbeing Assessor, Jacqueline understands how stress can impact our systemic health and reduce our ability to regulate when encountering high stress situations effectively. Using the HeartMath™ tools and teaching clients the various techniques, overtime clients have experienced improvements in sleep, ability to focus, increase in reaction times, reduction in fatigue, better communication and a decrease in depression symptoms.
Jacqueline’s professional portfolio is extensive and includes training and courses in Suicide Intervention, HCP First Aid/CPR, Addictions, Case Management, De-escalating Potentially Violent Situations, Family Violence, PTSD and Trauma Training, Peer Support Training, Strategic Intervention and Violence Threat Assessment.
As an author, Jacqueline shares her own experience with PTSD in her published book titled Eye of the Storm: Personal Commitment to Managing Symptoms of PTSD, 2014, IUniverse Inc and has shared the impact of operational stress injuries through many media platforms including CTV, Global Television, NewsTalk 770 and several newspapers.
